GRADE 8s - PERMISSION FORM

FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM - DUE ASAP

FIELD TRIP DATE: WEDNESDAY JUNE 18th

Field Trip Reminders:

1) $11.00 by cheque - Bedford Park Public School

2) Packed lunch is required - we will be eating during school time -  period 4 - students will not be allowed to go to Yonge Street - all students must bring a packed lunch

3) Students may bring money for concessions

4) We will return at 3:15pm
